The so call owner started to curse at me just because I wanted to exchange an item I had the tags and receipt but they were already off but they didnt allow me to return it or even exchange it! He started being very rude and treated me as if I was stupid for not knowing the policy that no other stores let u exchange items with out tags! When I had them n the receipt. This stores just steals your money!

1 /5 Deva Kox: I am a TransWoman and the guy behind the counter not only denied me any kind of service because I look like too much of a man, but then kicked me out when I explained myself and asked for clarification. Happy Trans Awareness Week, I guess.

1 /5 Canna Collective: The so called owners of this place are the rudest people Ive ever come across. To them the customer is not always right and they will make sure to let you know it. I bought an item the day before I tried to return it and I had the tags and receipt but they were already off but they didnt allow me to return it or even exchange it! I told them Id get something half the price of what I had paid for the item and still the Korean owner rudely refused. I had been going to that stores for years and had put up with their rudeness but this was the last straw, I will never ever shop there again.
