5 /5 Judge Travis: Came in last Saturday 1/24/26 in the evening and had a nice experience. Larissa S. Was quick to greet me & let me know she could help if needed. After looking around a bit, I asked her to help me find a certain shoe brand in a size, etc. She was quick and excited to help. People should keep in mind that a lot of common sizes arent available, but I am certain Larissa would be glad to order them for you. Of course I can buy shoes online, but will go back just for such on point customer service.

2 /5 Carly Walker: Horrible experience, found a pair of shoes and the store had many large BOGO signs up. I found a pair of shoes and the tag under clearly read BOGO so I knew they were a part of the offer. Picked out two, get to the register and the gentleman rang it all up at full price when I asked about the BOGO I was told oh that ended today. I said well the signs and tags are all still up he said well it ended today, I repeated all signs and tags were still up his response was “well it ended today I can’t do anything about it” when I asked if I could speak to a manager he walked to the back then came out and I hear him say loudly to another employee “someone is upset their not get getting the BOGO and he doesn’t want to come out” so she came up, never made eye contact or said anything and marked the second one down half price. When my husband wanted to pay partially with cash he slapped a hand written sign that said “exact cash only” we will not be back to this store.

1 /5 James Hughes: Shoes and boxes are everywhere, absolutely no order. No one offers help and they all stand at the front register talking even when multiple customers very obviously need help or have questions. Kind of a free for all. Won’t be going here in the future. Service like this is why brick and mortar stores are dying. If they were helpful more people would choose to come get good service than order online and hope they fit well.
