1 /5 Von Shan: Definitely a scammer. Ordered a pair of shoes that my wife wanted and they never arrived. Emailed and they never followed up. I see tons of people have similar experiences. Worst company ever. Wish I could give less stars.

1 /5 Randall Castillo: Scam company. AVOID. They appeared on the Shop/Shopify app claiming to sell a certain pair of Nike shoes that were recently retired. I placed the order, paid, and 2 days later it said the shoes were on the way. Its been 2 weeks, no sign of anything, no tracking number provided, no actual website. Their location is about a 2 hour drive from me; youre telling me it takes over 2 weeks for a package to arrive? Absolute scam. Based on other reviews, this is something they do regularly, and now they have my debit card info, name, and address. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO.

1 /5 Vadim T.: One star. On January 15, I placed an order for sneakers. The order was marked as shipped, but nothing was ever sent. About five days later, the store canceled the order without any proper explanation. As of now, the refund has still not been returned. Marking an order as shipped when nothing was sent, then canceling it and keeping the money for weeks is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this store.

1 /5 Castina Ortiz: I placed an order on 1/18/26. A label has been created but nothing more. I emailed on 1/25/26 and was told by Emily they’d look into it and reach back out in 24 hours. 24 hours has come and gone with no response. I emailed again and have not gotten a reply..from other reviews this seems like common practice. I just want to know when or if my purchase is being shipped because according to the website orders are to be shipped in 2-3 business days and they’re not. If I’m not getting my order I want a refund!!

Olga really listened to what we were looking for and found the appropriate sizes from the back room. She made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Her warm personality and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Faherty is lucky to have someone like Olga on their team.
