1 /5 Eduardo Castaneda: This store does NOT let you shop. They hover over you like you going to steal. The moment you touch any of the clothes they are 1 inch away from you and telling you what size you need, what to pair it with even after I told them 2-3 times I’m just looking right now if i need help I’ll let them know. Nope they keep eyes on you. I left. Never coming back.

1 /5 Maria Blanca Alba: I’m giving a one star review because of the experience I had there. PAM the manager was rude and not polite at all when it came to my situation. I had to do a return and I never realized they only give the customers a time period of 30 days. I had to call customer service and they were able to help me out and I came again to the same express store and a different manager called Adrianna helped me out and took care of me. It sucks that mangers like PAM ruin it for others. I really don’t understand how she is fit to be manager cause clearly she has poor customer service.

5 /5 Luis Chavez: Tern is amazing!!! She has amazing customer service skills and goes above and beyond. I been to this store twice the last two months and she has always been so friendly and caring. Definitely don’t find that in any retail store or from anyone nowadays. She deserves more than 5 stars and a nice raise from management. Tern you’re the best, you helped us with the issue with our credit card and me and Cristian thank you so much and stay golden.

1 /5 A R: The salesgirl working there is rude she didn’t wanted or liked us touching and selecting clothes. She was looking mad because she has to organize her clothes and we bought $400 worth of clothes but customer service was zero!! Their salesgirl/ woman should nice to customers. Next time we won’t come to this store ! we feel disrespected because of that woman working there

5 /5 Michelle Carpenter: Staff was extremely helpful. They also made sure I received a discount I wasnt even aware of. I love this store. Always a great experience. Quality clothing!
