Express - Carlsbad (CA)

1 /5 Olga Diaz: I bought what it was supposed to be a "leather jacket" not cheap at all. I tried to exchange it but according to the store manager it was outside the return or exchange time frame. The "leather" is pealing off and it looks hideous.

5 /5 Kristina D: Best customer service! This is my favorite Express location to shop at and it is truly a hidden gem. The employees are consistently friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! If they don’t have your size or color they offer to order it and ship to your home with free shipping. If you have a return they do not give you any attitude nor are ever pushy. Every transaction here as ALWAYS been quick, efficient and easy!

1 /5 shaden Amin: DONT SHOP AT THIS EXPRESS STORE! I love the brand but the workers at this store is rudeeeee! I tried to return a suit today and I had the receipt and its within the allowed days! Yet the lady working there was extremely rude and did not assist at all!!!! Never going to shop from Express again unless I get my full refund! This was today on Memorial Day around 5 PM when I visited the store! My advice to Express is to hire quality employees for good customer service otherwise, you will loose more loyal customers like me on daily basis!
