5 /5 Tabatha Guyer: Wonderful shop with great customer service. I travel the country and hunt for gems and crystals for a living and Lake county in general has a lot of pros and cons for me. The crystals here are amazing but the shop owners, not so much. I tend to get judged very quickly based on my alternative appearance in pretty much every store I go in. This shop was not like that. The woman that was working was amazing. Not only did I not feel like she was worried I was going to steal something but she was happy to answer any questions that I had.

1 /5 dbrazylee: 1. No refunds or receipt for anything. 2. Expensive products that are not worthy. 3. Glass smoke accessory’s will have you smoking plastic. Downstem’s dissolve in water. 4. Products look valuable but are un reliable at all and over priced. 5. Sells to minors.

5 /5 Jamie Whitelaw: I absolutely LOVED this shop. It was so amazing. I could stay in there all day. The owner was extremely welcoming and had amazing energy. Only downfall for.me was the prices on their crystals. Other than that I was very happy.
