5 /5 Amanda Goodale: I had an issue where my package was shipped to the wrong address, I believe this was a PayPal issue and not an Easy Clothes issue. However, I have never experienced more helpful customer service than I did with the representative at Easy Clothes. My emails were responded back to immediately. They took my situation seriously and did everything in their power to make sure the issue was settled, and if it was not, they were ready to send me a new package to make it right, although it actually wasnt there fault in the first place. They were kind, professional, attentive, and overall created an excellent experience out of a kind of mess of a delivery.
I highly recommend this Company, and commend them on their professionalism and excellent customer service!
