5 /5 Toluallii Nielsen (KoD7085): Very friendly staff and had everything I needed. As someone who is over 6 and about 340lbs its hard to find proper fitting clothes. Went in for a suit and casual wear for an upcoming cruise and was very impressed with how quickly they had items to try on that fit perfectly and looked good. If you dont know youre measurements (or its been a while), dont worry as they can help with that as well.

The staff here were so attentive and on top of things it felt like having my own designer team. I hate shopping. I was dreading coming here for weeks. Very unexpected positive experience. Would easily come back here. Don’t hesitate to ask the people here for help.

1 /5 Angela Dean: Beware! This store imposes a 9.5% sales tax in Thousand Oaks, CA Ventura County since the inception of the store opening (1yr+ ago). As of 2025 and prior, the sales tax remains at 7.25%. They are deliberately ripping people off. Youve been warned. Look at my receipt and when I confronted the store manager, she said the sales tax was correct. I immediately asked for a refund and when the credit came through on my credit card, it was at the 7.25%. I was shorted $1.26. I had to call corporate to ask for the rest of my money - talk about adding insult to injury.
