1 /5 nicole wong: Rude customer service and I was given misinformation twice by 2 different associates about rewards points. No accountability, doesnt care about customer service. Im baffled why do people even shop there. Prices arent great, variety may be big but nothing special.

1 /5 Marita: I just walked out of the store without buying the shoes I had picked out. The cashier was incredibly unpleasant; she insisted in falsely accusing me of cutting the line. I tried to let it go, but she kept lecturing me on my manners. I asked her to stop, but when she actually called me rude, I decided to leave her and the shoes. I refused to stoop to her level.

1 /5 lucia vasquez: So I went yesterday to buy some shoes for my family and I found a man shoes with that price on sale on top was 35.99 so I was so happy that I found a shipper shoe and when I was paying on that register they told me that shoes is not at the price that shoes was 80.00 so I let her know why that shoes have different price . they need to sale to me with that price that they show on that floor right ? So this person who saying is that manager so rude Come in the register and she was telling me that other costumer maybe put that shoes in wrong size price I said that not my fault That shoes need to be sale buy that amount is on top I get so mad I told her to call her supervisor so he can explain her what happend when this situation happend . she was acting so rude to me and star yelling at me in stead to give me some discount or said sorry really bad costumer service !!!!!!!!
