1 /5 Bonnie Nieves: Dillards sent me someones order and not my order. Their replacement policy email stated they will not replace it with the correct order until they receive the incorrect order back and inspect it first. Now my son (first time parent) has to go buy a car seat for his new baby and stand in line at the post office and wait for his correct order to arrive. I ordered a stroller and carseat combo. I will not order from them again, this is taking several weeks to complete and cost me extra money and time.

5 /5 Chris: Good selection of mens clothes. Various styles, colors, and lots of helpful staff to assist you with coordinating the clothing selection. Prices are from lower to high end but all items are fair priced. I enjoy the store, when I am in the area.

2 /5 Dominique Bell: I’m a very loyal customer of Dillards, unfortunately I realized that I did not like the coach bag that I bought and wanted to return for store credit. I hate how managers have the power to do things to make the customers happy but still choose to say no. I’m no longer shopping with them. A popular brand new coach bag being returned wouldn’t have hurt anyone

4 /5 mary robison: I was making an exchange on some ugg slippers. They were very friendly and ordered my size. I would of gave 5 stars but they dont carry any womens 5 in anything. Very disappointing. I try to give as much business to brick and morter stores. They should at least carry all the available sizes.
