4 /5 Life as Lisa: We felt like an inconvenience at first when we wanted to look at bikes. The staff had to climb this very wobbly ladder to get the bikes and you could tell they weren’t happy about it. We asked to adjust the bike to test the fit but they couldn’t seem to figure out where the tools were (or if they had them)… until we got Caleb. He was amazing! He went so far above and beyond to help us find the right bike for our son. They inspected the bike in full and fixed an issue with the gears. I also want to recognize the cashier, Trinity. We had some time to pass waiting for the bike and she was very polite and helpful. Would recommend!

1 /5 A Plnktt: Hello. On the evening (after 6 pm) on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, I went into the store located at 14500 Bear Valley Rd, Victorville, CA 92392. I bought the Lodge 8 qt Dutch Oven 26th with cash as a wedding gift for my adult children. (Please look up the transaction.) It was an open box, but they taped it back shut as I told them it was a gift. I paid full price. The receipt was lost. On October 18th, they tried to return it for store credit. I paid over $90 for that item and the store said they would only give them $30 in store credit. I am very disappointed and will never buy from your store again due to this experience.

No excuses to berate a Veteran manager should be retrain for lack of respect or learn how to keep his comments to himself. What else can one expect from the Dics staff if manager carries himself unprofessional. I hope corrections are immediate preventative from occurring again. Very disappointed...

1 /5 Brenda hernandez: hello everyone i don’t often write reviews, but i feel so frustrated and disappointed of this store. yesterday 11/16/2025 i went to return some soccer shoes that i had bought my son for soccer that he ended up not needing them and to be honest i lost my receipt and i paid cash because it was my son’s mom that he had save to buy his shoes my son is only 13 he doesn’t have credit cards yet that’s the reason we paid cash. we were hoping to at least get store credit because he didn’t had the receipt but they didn’t even want to do the for us. they told us that they were denying the return because we didn’t have the receipt, i found this so crazy because on they return policy its says that you could return without a receipt within 90 days i found this so unfair because on top of this the manager was so rude to me and my family, i will never return to this store were they take advantage of people

1 /5 Angela Jimenez: This store in Victorville is ripping everyone off. I went to go buy everything for my daughter’s softball and they charge you about $15 more than what the price tag says on the items. Good thing I was waiting for my older kids to check out so I decided to go over my receipt. Helmet was marked $65 they charged me 79.99. Glove was marked as $65 they charged me $75. Mask guard was $40 they charged me $55. So can you imagine how many people don’t check their receipts. They didn’t apologize or anything they wanted to be an inconvenience and return those items and charge me the right price when I they really had to do was fix the prices on the items. So Beware When Shopping at Dicks.i will be calling corporate today.
