1 /5 Alexa Brown: The reason Im doing this is because I felt very profiled. I work I dont like using purses to carry my items so I use a back pack. Now this is a store where I constantly come do my shopping. I was greeted by the cashiers and the front end crew. About 10-15 minutes later the loss prevention guy pretends as if hes picking up an item then he proceeds to me and tells me I have to leave my backpack in the front. As it is I already had noticed the cashiers snikering about me. Not once did I remove my back pack for the same reason that I knew they would say something and actually did it. If carrying bags and backpacks then your business needs to design a designated area to have customers leave there property. I get it that people steal but profiling is the rudest thing a business can do. The manager acted like she talk to the loss prevention guy but I know that what is said to the customer just to keep everyone calm. I ended up not buying all the items I needed just because I felt so uncomfortable. Its sad because Im in management and this was taken care of very poorly.

And I request for another bags because the shopping cart do not go outside. And she got really mean. And mad please taking care of that woman she always mean. Thank you very much.
