1 /5 Juan Nicuesa: Talked to a woman with blonde hair named Kelsy who seemed to be a supervisor. Couldnt really answer my questions, especially why an "extra fee" is necessary on purchases. When did this happen? Why the upcharge. After asking enough she seemed rude and dismissive. This really isnt the store it once was, prices have gone up and quality of selection has gone down.

5 /5 Wilder Monterroso: My experience at Crossroads in Santa Barbara today was absolutely amazing! Daina was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She was so kind and sweet, and I truly appreciated that she never made me feel rushed. It was a wonderful, stress-free visit, and Ill definitely be back. Thank you, Daina! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE ASAP.

Dont know her name but some white girl cashier with greasy hair was giving me weird looks when checking out. couldnt even give me basic manners and even had the nerve to give me a dirty look when i said thank you. i was nothing but kind to her. It is very upsetting when you are having a bad day and people act like this. I guess some people just weren’t raised right. Rude staff!!

4 /5 Steve L: Used clothing and consignment store, essentially an upscale thrift shop in my opinion. That’s a good thing because there are opportunities to find decent items at reasonable prices. I’ve only had experience purchasing here, not selling, so I can’t speak to that. I found the clothes to be clean and in good condition.

1 /5 Xitlaly Ortiz: Worst experience ever. I came in today (August 14th) from 11:20am-2pm with bags of clothing to sell. These 3 workers were so lazy. They were shit talking there friends the whole time, going on there phones, and barely sorting bags. I am so disappointed in Cross Roads for hiring these slothful, inactive, and upmost lazy workers. They were rude when I asked what the waiting time was. I asked 4 times and each time they told me to wait 45 minutes. I’ve been here 6 times before, and successfully sold a few garments but not with these workers. I won’t be coming back. Management needs to take this as a sign to hire better workers.
