1 /5 LM: Buyer Beware. The quality and service is horrible.I have made multiple purchases from Connies Fashion Vault over the years. Over the last year the quality has gone way down. I have received multiple defective items and if they weren’t defective the quality was so cheap and had an odor that I would return it. Recently they would only offer a store credit due to their return policy. I asked how they determine the number of returns compared to the purchases and if they considered the defective and torn items. They said they used AI. I asked them to give me the number of returns vs the number of purchases and they couldn’t. I then asked if they knew AI was not a reliable source and a number of companies are being sued for using AI to determine data. They immediately refunded my money.
Also the reviews that state they have a store are fake. They do not have a store.
