1 /5 Shelby Heinrich: Very poor/nonexistent customer service. I recently visited this store and loved the inventory, but left Mammoth before I could make a purchase. Luckily, they have a website so I could purchase what I wanted online! Upon the garment not fitting, I decided to return my purchase. Their return info said I would receive a prepaid shipping label with my garment if I wanted to return. I did not receive any label. Since then I have emailed twice, called twice, left a voicemail, and messaged the boutique on Instagram to try and get info on how to return. No response. Feels very careless and scammy considering they only accept returns 14-15 days after orders are delivered. Very disappointed and do not recommend. Would love for someone associated with the store to get in touch.
