5 /5 Lila Herebia: This is one of the best places iv ever been to I love how the women work together to make other women feel confident. Overall I loved it so much to the point I want to work there with such lovely people.

1 /5 Danielle Dominguez: Bought a pair of jeans from here, tried them on in store took them home (1 hr later) put them on because I was going to a party today. The button broke off. I returned to the store right after. I Let the older Woman know, she found me a pair in a diff style but had to double check with another girl before exchanging them. The young woman told me there is a no exchange policy. Which I understand I explained that It was also wrong to sell me a pair of jeans that were defected. She said “This has never happened before.” They obviously have no integrity, this was one of my favorite stores to shop. It sucks that they care more about taking customers money and not simply doing the right thing.

5 /5 Amellali Ramirez: One of the few places that has actual nice plus size options, and a variety at that! Most places have a small corner with clothes for middle aged women. They have cute flirty tops, skirts jeans, just a good variety of options

1 /5 Kimberly Holland: If I could give NO stars I would. I just spent over half an hour waiting outside the store. Posted time (this page, internet/yelp, etc.) all said opening time today was 10:30am. I planned a shopping trip (to buy my daughters prom dress and accessories) around going to this store. After visiting TJMaxx, and deciding early there was nothing there, I waited outside C & S starting at 10:25. I waited, and waited. Finally, I gave up standing and went to my car to wait. At 10:50 I got ready to leave, only to see a woman go to the front door and unlock. I reparked my car, thinking I had far less time than I needed to shop there, but I was going to try. The door was still locked. When I tried to get the woman;s attention, she yelled at me from the counter that she wasnt opening until 11. When I pointed to the sign, that it said 10:30am, she snarled at me that today she was opening at 11. I had no more time to wait. Today you lost a customer! Not only are all your POSTED opening times incorrect, I got a rude response from someone who should have wanted my business. i would have understood and forgiven an apologetic, "Gee, Im sorry, we havent changed our posted times. I will open as quickly as I can". For that I would have come back. This woman didnt care about the fact that I was about to spend a few hundred dollars in your store. Not any more! Terrible customer service, and I hope the owners figure out that they will lose business with attitudes like that woman had.
