5 /5 Veronica Klawitter: I found so many great prices and deals that I only came into the store for one or two things and ended up filling my basket. The associates were extremely helpful and professional. When I got to the line to check out it was super long but it wasn’t very long after waiting in line that the manager called for back up and the line moved smoothly. At the register the cashier was polite and asked me if I found everything OK. Overall I would rather wait in line at the store then deal with a short line at Walmart ha ha

1 /5 Janessa Lopez: I am extremely upset with the treatment I received at this Burlington. When I asked to use the restroom, an Asian female employee told me twice that it wasn’t open to the public. Then she said I had to wait until the other customers were done — even though there were at least six open stalls available. At the same time, I saw other customers being allowed in without any issue, which felt very unfair. When I finally was able to use the restroom, a white female employee came in immediately after me as if to watch what I was doing. That was humiliating and made me feel singled out and racially profiled. On top of that, as I exited the store, I could hear employees talking about me behind my back where I could clearly hear them. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. I left this store feeling humiliated and disrespected, and I will not be returning to this location

1 /5 John: The customer service here was a real letdown, especially from the security guard who seemed more interested in being difficult than helpful. Honestly, most of the shelves were completely bare, which made browsing a bit of a joke. I left feeling more frustrated than anything, and definitely wont be back. Its a shame because I was hoping for a better experience.

1 /5 Rajvir Sandhu: I went to Burlington today evening and my daughter was touching the clothes bar and a employee named Jannie came up to my daughter and in a mean way she said “don’t hang on that it’s not a toy” even though she wasn’t hanging on it. Then my daughter started crying. Then I went up to her and told her very nicely “there is a way to talk to children” and in the middle of the conversation she ran away. Then after some time the security lady (I’m not sure about her name Martinez or Maria)came up to me and she talked to me in a very rude way. They don’t have a right to talk to children like that. If children do something wrong they should let their parents know instead or if they want to say something to the child they should say it in a nice way.
