2 /5 G U: I’m not one to dress western often, so I visit this store only once or twice per year. Every time I go it looks understandably different which I don’t see and issue with. My issue is with the staff, it seems like they purposely evade customers. I feel like a child playing hide and seek with the employees, you see numerous employees only walking avoiding eye contact. On this particular visit I was looking for a hat and I had questions about quality and fit, thankfully I found an employee who was willing to help but even then she seemed rushed. After I picked my hat I was not aware of the register line station. Since last time I visited people just lined up in front of the registers. Mind you there are no arrows pointing to the corner, there is a small sign at the corner being obstructed by a shelf of cups. I stood in front of the register I want to say a good 5 minutes and no employee or the manager (who was there ) was courteous enough to tell me “the line starts over there.” Those 5 or so minutes had no movement at the registers for me to notice the line. Someone could’ve easily said hey lady the line starts over there. Where is the customer service skills, the courtesy? Boot Barn please do better, please allow your customers to feel welcome and have confidence in they’re purchase. We walk in feeling unwelcome and throughout the visit your team lacks manners, unfortunately the team is just a reflection of poor leadership.
