1 /5 Jason McGinnis: Absolutely terrible service. I walked in on a Saturday at 4:14 PM. They’re apparently five employees working in the store with only two customers walking around inside the store yet. I stood at the binocular counter for about 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come and help me nobody ever came. What happened to customer service in America? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll buy from Amazon. Add note to management: do not contact me. I’m not going to change this review. The public needs to know how customers are being treated here.

1 /5 Tammy Eaton: I spent $260 in this store and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom! I don’t care if it’s corporate policy or not, you make exceptions for good clean looking customers that spend a lot of money in your store. If I had been in the midst of shopping and had to pee really badly and they told me to go across the street to a gas station, which is what they did, I would’ve left and not come back!

5 /5 Michael Fish: Handy little sporting goods store. Im unsure why other reviewers are whining incessantly about it. The help was great. The selections are good.

3 /5 Cayenne Pepper: Pretty weak, I walk in there and they (3 staff) didnt even bother to acknowledge that I walked in the front door and keep conversating as if Im not even there. I walk back over to the front desk and theyre still talking and I said excuse me to get their attention. 3 staff - 0 assistance. Obviously not on commission and the manager must be off on Sundays.
