1 /5 Jason McGinnis: Absolutely terrible service. I walked in on a Saturday at 4:14 PM. They’re apparently five employees working in the store with only two customers walking around inside the store yet. I stood at the binocular counter for about 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come and help me nobody ever came. What happened to customer service in America? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll buy from Amazon. Add note to management: do not contact me. I’m not going to change this review. The public needs to know how customers are being treated here.
