1 /5 soenaiem m: Im normally leaving good reviews or none at all I dont like disparage anyone I just wont come back. but in this case Im highly annoyed. I placed an order for bow and asked them to hold a hat that matched the bow I ordered. thy said sure! it will be here by such day..
so this day came and I call to see if the bow came in so i can pick up and pay for both items ( I left my name an number in case the bow came in early I can pick it up.) they say oh we didnt order the bow and we sold the hat. I expressed that they could of said they dont hold items or they could of called me to ask if I still wanted the hat because they were going to sell it. the person on the phone said sorry I didnt know wit was on hold. I stated I clearly gave my info and I saw them put it aside. they shrugged me off. if i could leave negative star i would.
