5 /5 Tayler Sethasang: I believe I had spoken to Gabby today about some issues I was having with an in store delivery. She went above and beyond with helping me, she did everything in her power to help me. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I’m not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.
