1 /5 BSgaming: Terrible customer service. They would not let me exchange a pair of pants I had JUST PICKED UP from the store (online order) with the tags attached and my original receipt. They were all so rude, including the online customer service department. Will not ever shop here again.

1 /5 Andrew Frederick: probably some of the rudest staff i’ve ever seen in a retail location, unwilling to help; not a smile in sight. told me i have no idea but you can look online, as if she didn’t have access to help me standing around chatting with another staff.

Theyre so worried about keeping the store neat that they make you feel uncomfortable to look for your size when you go and ask for help they get annoyed and always say my size is not available without looking in the back. The manager needs to work on his people skills along with the team. No manners!

5 /5 Tayler Sethasang: I believe I had spoken to Gabby today about some issues I was having with an in store delivery. She went above and beyond with helping me, she did everything in her power to help me. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I’m not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.

1 /5 Andrea Stewart: Associate helped me pick out jeans and table said $29.95 but rang at register $69. We went to another table same thing. Even the associate was shocked asked her manager what she could do and manager said nothing that was the price for the ones on bottom. There was no other sign for bottom ,one sign on top that said $29.95 thst was it. We were not mistaken because even the associate seemed confused when the manager said that. I will never shop here again since u never know what the price will be. Guess at least online you know the price. This is why customers dont like going into stores anymore.
