1 /5 Elizabeth cuevas (Yourgirlelizabeth): terrible deeply upset at the system they have with their shipped now or online orders fix it asap,honestly wanted to go off while in store. we don’t live close the shipping cost to get the item sent to my home was too much so i opted for the store pick up which i regret, what a nightmare, i got an email saying my item was in store… so sure enough like one does we go to the store mind you my weeks are busy so taking the trip to this store isn’t easy and i ordered this item in a timely manner too. I truly hope the employee actually searched for my item because it was frustrating for them to come back and say oh yeah the email says it’s here but it’s not sorry. upset frustrated and annoyed customer here. please update the system so people don’t waste their time going to pick up an item that isn’t even there to begin with.

1 /5 Karina Morales: Just be aware, whatever they have on their window you won’t find in the store at all. This is the second time my daughter likes something from the manikin, This time was cute jeans they say they were all sold out, I asked what size are the ones from the manikin she said size 0 which happens to be my daughter size, only to be disappointed two of the employees told us that they can’t sell those and we should just try to find them online, Without even suggesting maybe something similar very rude poor Customer skills, I won’t bother with them anymore.
