1 /5 Amanda Vietti: Went in for a fill & pedicure, they sat me down right away for a pedicure but left me sitting in the water for 45 minutes before I walked away. The water was cold & dirty. This is the 3rd time they’ve done something like this, I would rather know the wait time than sitting with my feet in cold water. I guess it’s just their normal, I won’t be going back.

5 /5 Louisa Valenzuela: This has been my pedicure place since April 2024 I have loved every experience since then! Yesterday we had girls day and I was in charge of picking a place for pedis. I was nervous my friends are all different some are picky and some need more TLC then others but I knew this was our spot from pass experience. It’s clean, relaxing & always busy but never getto or uncomfortable. We were a party of 5 and we sat down together and finished together. We were pampered! They offered to take pictures for us, offered us water. They put in time and detail into each and everyone of us! All our massage chairs worked, all colors we picked they had in stock. All we needed was a glass of wine (Not an option) it was a 10/10 Not one complaint from anyone we actually planned our next pedicure date! After we went next door and all bought anklets! Thank you staff for such an amazing experience! Thank you!

1 /5 PH YN: Today I visited this nail salon and had an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the technician completely disregarded my preference regarding the thickness of the acrylic overlay on my nails, resulting in a thick layer that I did not like at all. When I asked to make a thin as it was before, He kept saying I will file it, which didnt resolve the issue. It feels very uncomfortable now. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer for over a year. When I went to the cashier to pay I told him that, I didnt like it because they put a thick layer, but he didnt pay attention and said ”overtime it gets better”, “it is strong for you when u type not to crack”. Not only did they waste my money but also I have to spend my time again to redo it in another salon. If you want to try this salon please remember that you need a better customer service. These kind of things should make you happy not disappointed.

1 /5 T Prideaux: First time customer because it was close to my house and I didn’t have time to go across town. Sloppy job and $25 for just a gel polish change. Polish left all over my fingers which they tried to drill off instead of clean up properly. Won’t be going back and won’t be recommending them to anyone.

5 /5 Catherine Shaeffer: Was greeted at the door, a walkin, and immediately taken to a pedicure massage chair. Place looked tidy had 16 pedicure chairs! Kevin was very friendly, and good at his job. I chose the (added cost) of gel polish based on his recommendation. He went above and beyond with upgrading my service to the volcano at no extra charge. Ill gladly recommend and will be back! Thanks Kevin!
