Diane I.: I was very pleased with the service I received at Larrys Auto Repair. The engine died on the street last Tuesday night as I was leaving a meeting. It sounded terrible when I started it up and then died. I could not keep the engine running after that. A few gentleman from the meeting helped push my car out of the street around the corner to safety. A friend had recommended Larrys Auto Repair so I had my car towed to that shop the next morning. Darren, was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong with the engine. was able to give me an estimate within a few hours, including time frame it would take replace my engine. He was very kind, efficient, and honest. My son who lives in Virginia, had some questions regarding how the engine could have no oil and freeze up one week after having the oil changed at Walmart. There were no warning lights on the dashboard . Darren took the time to explain everything to him also. My son called me back to say Darren was very knowledgeable and a nice guy to deal with and that he seemed very honest. I will use Larrys Auto Repair in the future if I need work done on my car. You can trust them.

Dee Prado: Stockton Auto is a good place to go. I just recently got my car fixed through them. They were very helpful and for what ended up being wrong with my car, it would’ve been a lot more $$$. They ended up fixing for a lot less than quoted. It was not about the money but more about fixing the vehicle and making the customer happy. I would go back to them for repairs.

Alex was very helping in guiding us with the process of doing business with them. We also like the idea of showing us the work progress on the truck with the video and giving us thorough pricing expectations. The shop and office area were exceptionally clean, a good indication of the type of work they would perform. We were incredibly pleased to see that our bill was lower than quoted, which does not happen too often when having automotive work completed. To top it off, the truck was completed days ahead of time estimated. Great Job!

Richard DeMonte III: This is the worst place I have ever done business with. I called them explained what I needed done and they provided a telephone number to a mechanic. I called schedule a time and the mechanic never arrived. I had to call him and he stated that he hurt his back. Second mechanic was scheduled he never arrived. I called him and he said it was a family emergency and couldn’t come. Third mechanic I called and scheduled a time and he arrived. However, he did not appear to know what he was doing. Took my engine half apart and left the interior of my car in shambles spilled gasoline and now the interior smells like gasoline. It was a parent. He did not know how to work on a jaguar. Fourth mechanic called and was scheduled. I had an emergency and now I’ve been ghosted. The owner of the shop is ghosting me, and nobody’s returning a telephone call nor a Text message. My vehicle is now left in worse condition than it started, I cannot do the work I have become severely disabled. I have no income and it took me a really long time to save for this. I asked on several locations if they knew how to work on a jaguar and the part that I needed replaced. The owner stated that they did know and he would take care of everything. The owner stated that the third mechanic had blocked him and was no longer communicating with him. Sounds like a bunch of BS. Go with a different company. This company would receive negative stars if I could give it and now I’m screwed.. I had given them several opportunities to make this correct and they did not.

Alfredo Robles: Great place to get your cars maintainence done. I personally do all my own work to my cars, but on occasion I take my car to get the oil changed. Saves me an extra trip to recycle oil. They also get the oil change done very fast. So Ill be in and out within 35 minutes. As long as they arent busy of course. Next thing Im going to do is possibly getting my AC recharged if I dont do it myself.
