1 /5 Jessilyn Gonzalez: I went to this salon for highlights and the stylist named Bella who was so rude when I got there . I will never return . While I was getting my hair done the girl was literally pulling on my hair and not really even asking me what I wanted. The way she handled my hair was so rough. Didn’t even make conversation at all I would try to make conversation but she just had a conversation with the other hair stylist instead . She completely ignored me. I went to this salon because I loved how they did my hair the first time but it was a different girl . Overall my hair did not come out the way I wanted it to and she was so rude and I paid so much for it never again .

1 /5 MadMar: Customer service is lacking. Had me waiting for almost 30 mins and I had an appt. The stylist never came by to check on me until I asked someone for assistance. They forgot about me. I was not given any services until 40 mins later. Also, I was sold hair care products 3x over the suggested retail. Ripoff! I was looking for a new salon because I am new to Visalia. Well still going to look.
