I was stressed at the time with my cash flow as we often are when major car issues arise and every where else was quoting me three times plus what this shop did. I wasnt sure if this place was the right move for my car as I had always taken my car directly to Lexus for maintenance. Over these next few years, my car has been here for all its maintenance needs, including plugs, breaks and more recently, transmission. The job here is always done right and I always know Im getting an honest fair price. Im grateful to have found the Aquilles team for my cars needs. I recommend this place 100%

Essential Heating and Air: ZERO STARS – CROOKED AND SCAMMING SHOP If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My wife took our Mercedes GL 450 in for a simple oil change and to check a coolant leak. What followed was a complete scam operation. First, they told her three hoses were leaking. The next day, that number magically jumped to nine. By the time she went to pick up the car, suddenly it was TEN hoses. Then they had the nerve to try and charge us $3,000 to replace them – without ever giving a proper, detailed diagnosis. Just vague nonsense like, “the hoses are leaking.” They clearly tried to take advantage of my wife, thinking she wouldn’t question it. No transparency, no breakdown of the supposed issues – just a $200 charge for a “diagnosis” that told us absolutely nothing we didn’t already know. And then $300 for a basic oil change? Outrageous. What makes this even worse – I have all the paperwork to back up everything I’m saying. Every contradiction, every unexplained charge, it’s all documented. This wasn’t a misunderstanding – this was a straight-up attempt to scam us. To Add to this the gentleman at the front, named Alan, had the audacity to tell my wife he was doing her a favor and going above and beyond for her — as if we weren’t paying for the service, as if we couldn’t set an appointment just like every other customer. Completely condescending and disrespectful. 0 training=0 stars!!!! This place is completely crooked. Predatory, dishonest, and shady as hell. No wonder the shop is always empty – how they’re still in business is beyond me. We picked up the car and walked away from this joke of a company. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE BBB Avoid at all costs. Zero integrity, zero professionalism, and ZERO stars.

Alejandro Alvarez: I have been going with Mario at R&S transmission for over 10 years and he is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever known, the prices are great, service and quality very professional. He has done a few engines on different vehicles for me, differential, brakes, electrical, a/c, transmission and diagnostic that many other mechanics I’ve used weren’t able to do. The best thing of Mario is that he has a big heart and looks out for his customers. if you want an honest mechanical opinion, he is the one you want to ask. If he finds a simple thing that didn’t cost him in parts, he refuses to charge even though it was time consuming. I have always refused not to leave him at least a diagnostic fee when he has checked my vehicles or scanned them to find nothing wrong..keep up the good work Mario, you have my business for life!

Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced on my 2021 BMW 330i. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Gerardo and team for the excellent customer service and for making my car look brand new!

Nv P: I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️

A special thanks to Shannon in Service, for resolving an issue with my fob, WHILE she was checking my mileage for the service visit. Amazing! If you want a Mazda, this is the place you should start. I was treated very professionally and fairly (without having to go through the usual car buying ordeal). Ask for Jennifer when you hit the lot - you’ll be glad you did.
