1 /5 Brittany Alter: Handed off between 2 techs for a simply dip nail. The nails are so thick they physically ache, approximately 2.25 millimeters thick. More annoyingly, every single nail had cracked and chipped within TWO DAYS. Seriously!?!?!!?!? I treated myself to this nail service after a terrible massage and facial upstairs. I was hopeful to decompress in good hands. Weeeelp, the guy who did my massage (and hurt my neck doing an unconsented neck adjustment (!!!!!)) was also just sitting in the salon waiting for customers. I wonder if any of these folks are even licensed for a specific skill or just employees floating about. I am from Chicago so I cant go back to fix the issues theyve created. After spending just shy of $500 for the crappiest services of my life, I feel scammed. Definitely do not go here.

5 /5 louise sevilla: Had Mani Pedi with Mei today. It was FANTASTIC, exceeded my expectations. Mei is a master of her craft. I am very sensitive and requested a gentle touch. And that’s exactly what I got from Mei. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. Mei did an excellent job of mixing colors for me. The venue is bright, cheerful and meticulously clean. The chairs were heavenly. I’ll be back as well as gifting friends sessions with Mei.

5 /5 Trini Dillon: Always the absolute best time here! Not only are they always kind and hospitable, but extremely talented as well. Cathy knows exactly what she is doing and is very detail oriented. She makes sure everything is to my liking including shape, length, and design and keeps my nails healthy! Kelly is also an amazing tech as well! I will only ever see them for my appointments and always look forward to it!

5 /5 Zoe Shanks: I have been living part time in LA for the past year and had yet to find a good nail spot/person. I read the reviews for Venice Soleil and Mia’s name continuously came up, and for good reason! I had never tried Gel-X before and was nervous, Mia took her time and asked for my opinion from beginning to end to ensure I was happy with the final result. Mia did an amazing job, her attention to detail and friendliness made the experience all worth while. I will definitely be returning! 5 stars for Mia!!!
