5 /5 Mark Hawk: Susan Fletcher at Urban Nails is the best! Have been seeing her for about a year now for my mani/pedis. She uses a waterless, wellness technique which was a totally new experience for me! Joseph who owns the salon is also excellent per my husband who isn’t a fan of getting his nails done. Urban Nails is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. They are a small establishment so appointments are highly recommended.
