2 /5 Joy M: I attended for a while. Music is good, mens group on Mondays 630 is great. Womens ministry is minimal and lacks. Ive hoped for a prayer ministry, prayer for after service maybe? You can walk in and walk out without notice at times. Seems its been the same people for a long time w lil change. Seeing yelp previous to mine, its evident it needs a revival. Ill be praying . A pantry, volleyball league held there, but ..... I just hope more happens eventually

5 /5 Karyn Dancy: Everyone is super friendly. We went to the fall festival and were welcomed like family. Then we went for a Sunday service, and our son had a great time at Sunday school, so we actually got to enjoy the spirited worship. My son is still playing with the craft they made in class.

St Martin Catholic Church - Sunnyvale

Sergio Solorio: Ive attended this church for many years, and my experience has overall been very satisfactory. The congregation is quite friendly. Design of the church is noteworthy and rather quaint. The Sunnyvale parakeets sometimes like to hang out and chirp about, which brings a pleasant ambiance to the church. Father Roberto, the pastor, is known for his knowledgable lectures and dedications to the well-being of St. Martin.

Steve James: Very nice church. Went to observe a renewal of wedding vows and was very impressed with the church. It was clean, covid protocols were observed and the door was left open for extra ventilation. The Father who officiated was very professional while not being a pompous oaf. I liked him but cannot remember his name. Had a good sense of humor and was aware of the real world as it is, not as it should be.

Bruce Hahne: Strong progressive values and a commitment to value all people anchor this gem of a church whose pastor, Ron Buford, was instrumental in the creation of the famous "Still Speaking" UCC national publicity campaign of 2004+. Theologically, Pastor Bufords approach positions the church well, with a commitment to the love of God for all people, the acknowledgement that the world today is not yet the reality that we seek, and a strong, repeated assertion that positive change in ourselves and in the larger world is both a possibility and a responsibility. The worship style is mainline Protestant in a traditional church sanctuary, with a few elements of what I might call "praise worship" interspersed. Sunday attendance levels of 20 to 30 people (as of summer 2016) put this church into the "cozy and get to know everyone" category, so if youre looking for anonymity within a crowd of several hundred worship attendees, thats probably not what youll find here. Worship at 11 AM is always followed by refreshments (and occasionally a full catered lunch) and conversation in the fellowship hall, so come for the service and stay for the people.

Wil W: The church hosted a tremendously powerful performance of Dan Forrests "Requiem For The Living", a contemporary work for choir and orchestra. Cupertino High Schools choirs and orchestra played and sang beautifully! The church has plentiful parking and warm friendly people.
