1 /5 Matt: Worst most rude and filthy barber shop and staff Ive ever seen. Over priced. I wanted a haircut and the man who cut my hair was very rude and did a poor job and refused to fix it. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

5 /5 Thomas Wright: These folks are great, truly. Never once was I told they were too busy or understaffed. Everywhere else in town was either closed on my days off work, or they turned my young daughter away because they were either too busy, or told me "I dont do girls hair" even though signs out front invite men and women walk-ins. Top Salon has NEVER let me down.

I can in to ask if he took walk-ins and he looked me up and down and said “for you?” And I said “no, for my nephew?” He said “how old?” So I said he is 10… then I stated he is autistic special needs and the man said very rude and loud “OH NO, I DONT THINK SO, I CANT TAKE HIM!”

2 /5 Tony M: This place is just really hard to get info... No website, no details here on Google. So I tried to call yesterday, mid-day... no answer... and no real info on the recording. OK, so I still dont know if they take appointments, if they take walk-ins, NO Info at all. So this morning I decide to try my luck on a walk-in... Get there and theres signs everywhere, "No ATM"... "No Credit Cards". OK, so in this day and age, thats NOT typical, thanks for letting me know on Google, the absolutely FREE ad and info platform... Oh wait... They DIDNT post any of that info... Long story short, I called another place who communicated WAY better, they had an open chair, went there and got a haircut, paid with a card through Venmo and went home. I guess Ill never know how the actual haircuts are at Top Salon, but from what I saw, oh well.

5 /5 Stacey Horn: My family and I dont go anywhere else. There is usually no wait, and the only place I know that takes walk ins AND open Saturday which is convenient because it fits my schedule. They always do a good job.

Meranda Devor: Service was fast, professional, and the owners are lovely. Nice small talk and intuitive concerning what nail type, color, and shape. Required masks, took my temperature and overall felt like a very safe and clean place to unwind and pamper during COVID-19. All customers seem to be treated with priority in this establishment and quite frankly I felt a little like royalty when it was my turn. I am incredibly happy with my service, my nails, and the overall demeanor of the owners, which was very welcoming! Will be bringing my business back here in the future!

Alyce Tzue: Wow, I’m so impressed with Jungmin’s digital perm and haircut! I had such long hair that hasn’t been cut or permed in a year, and she made me feel like a million bucks. It looks so natural. She even suggested I have a bit more volume on top and long bangs, and I love the result! Great combo of executing on what I asked for, and using her expertise to improve the vision even more. I also so appreciate Yuna’s help with the perm and wash. Wash and massage was incredibly relaxing. Both did an INCREDIBLE job!!!

Pui Wai Fung: A very efficient and enjoyable experience. Love the scents they have throughout the salon. The hair and scalp treatments are great way to reset your mind. I like how the area is darker and quiet. Kelly, I really like her, pleasant and sincere. She also helps me to translate what I want to achieve to Mr. Jacob. I finally get a good start with a great haircut and learn a few tricks from another assistant on how to set my hair higher from my scalp.
