5 /5 Karissa Knurowski: Johnathan did such a good job on my daughters haircut, listening to what she wanted and giving her exactly what she had in mind. She really felt pampered with a shampoo and condition before, and blow dry after her haircut. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were offered water, tea, coffee, and snacks. The entire experience was just beautiful!

I enjoyed spending the whole day with Mrs. Shannon and her 2 other coworkers that I can not remember the names! She did such a good job and made me comfortable every moment. The coffee is amazing!! And instead of a pot of gold, they have snacks !! Give them a try if your looking for some off the wall colors!!

Alison Post-Deavers: I highly recommend Melissa Bechtel and the girls at Split Endz styling suite in Redding, California! Melissa is the owner and an award winning hair designer! She specializes in color correction, beautiful extensions, amazing cuts and colors and boy does she kill it! Wow! When I had my first consultant with her she was very honest and upfront about my hair. She explained that color corrections are not done overnight! She said it would take 3-5 appointments and she was correct! She told me that with my baby fine hair I most likely would not be able to get platinum blonde with a dark root. So we discussed other options and came up with a plan! My hair is beautiful! I am thrilled about it! Melissa is always just a phone call or text message away! I call her before I purchase hair products, etc. I am so happy that I found her on social media and that she took me as a client! It is so cool that someone like Melissa is HERE in our small town of Redding! The quality of her work and her affordable pricing are second to none! Thank you, Melissa!

Sean Bird: The place is very clean and feels very upscale. Whenever I come in I am treated like a valuable guest and always leave read feeling relaxed. Rikki has been cutting my hair for more than a year now. Ever since I started coming to her I started getting compliments all the time... Not something this nearly 40 year old guy is used to. Ill admit its not the most affordable haircut in town. But you get what you pay for. When I factor in their attention to detail and welcoming/calm environment...I feel its quite reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

Jessica Mcfarland: I walked in the salon with my daughter as she really wanted to get her hair done for her birthday and i just wanted to schedule an appointment with them. All the hair stylists were busy with their clients however, they did not even acknowledge us. The only time we even got acknowledged was when a hair stylist walked right by us with her hair color mixture and blantly just looked at us up and down and kept walking right by. As someone who has been in the industry of pertaining good customer service, it would have been highly professional and courteous to have AT LEAST acknowledge potential new clients by saying "hi there, we will be with you as soon as we can." Or even a "sorry for the inconvenience, we are extremely busy and we can contact you in regards to an appointment when one of us are free." Never coming here again.
