05-2025 Thomas Binu A DDS in Best 19 Dental Clinics and Dentists in Chico, CA You Can Rely OnPatino Orthodontics - Concord Dennis Biles: This review is a bit overdue since my aligning was completed in March 2021, but there really arent enough great things to say about all the wonderful folks at Patino Orthodontics. Their work has completely changed my life. From start to finish, this was one of the smoothest experiences ever. On my first visit, every part of the process, from the actual moving of the teeth to finances, was explained clearly. Every time I went in for a check-up all the staff members were super friendly and knowledgeable. They always made me feel comfortable and welcome. Theyre also very responsive as there were a couple times I emailed on a weekend to ask questions and received a reply within a few hours. I really couldnt have made a better choice for my treatment. My only regret is that since my aligning is done I wont be seeing them as often anymore!
The treatment itself was a breeze, and I actually ended up finishing a little ahead of schedule. Im on the retainer stage now, and Ive had zero problems with this whole experience. I no longer feel self-conscious about my appearance or smiling for pictures. I usually have one or two moments each day where I think to myself, "Man, Im so thankful for Patino, they rule!" Even if I tried I really couldnt count the number of compliments Ive gotten on my smile in the past year. Its such a nice feeling. Id recommend Patino to anybody thinking about getting Ortho work done. They are the gold standard in my book. Thank you, Patino Orthodontics!!!
Western Dental & Orthodontics - San Pablo SANDRA LYMAN: There services that they provided for my daughters needs in helping her through with her braces was so much appreciated they were gentle and I felt confident and comfortable knowing my daughter was in good hands. I especially liked how they held her hands during the numbing and applying the brackets on teeth the orthodontist assistant I think her name is Maribel she was so kind and helpful while reassuring my daughter that she will be ok THANK YOU SO MUCH
Richmond Dental Care - San Francisco David Wilson: I called to make an appointment and was "helped" by a woman who couldnt be bothered. I gave her my name and insurance info, but when she asked for my SS#, I refused. Theres no reason they need my SS#! Her tone completely changed and became flustered. She said shed call me back after checking with my insurance company. I never heard back from her.
Cali Bay Dental Care - Hercules Ginger Caliz: Terrible dentistry. I went in on a Tuesday with an appointment at 3:30pm. Seated me 20 mins later ND waiting on patient chair for someone to see me. I was seen by a female Dentist- well I think she was a dentist which what makes believe she was not one..is she didnt know how to do a simple realignment. Pathetic! The asked her how much would my insurance pay...she didnt know this and all other girls didnt not know as well. she told me to wait and they will call another office. So, sad that here in Hercules we have a convenient dentist but the just dont know what the heck they doing. Im a new patient and because they wanted me to sign new patient documents which definitely, was unable to read I was not going to sign my signature on any documents. Overall 1st time experience...FLUNKED! I will never step foot into this place again. Bottom line, if you dont know any answers to a question or even know how to set up a procedure...you definitely, are not working on my teeth - for sure!
Linda K. Low, DDS - El Sobrante RJ Moore: I looked for a new dentist closer to me after a move and I’m so pleased to find Dr. Low and her staff. They are consummate professionals, they’re kind, welcoming and thoughtful. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was amazed to find that something that had previously taken two appointments weeks apart could be done in an afternoon here. I was impressed by the technology they were using which I hadn’t seen before, a 3-d imaging thing instead of the weird stuff you bite on. I love the team, they’re all super kind, Dr. Low is great at explaining what’s happening and I got in and out with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend this fabulous team. A great experience and I feel so much more confident smiling now. :)

Total Health Dental Care - Berkeley Kim Jaewon: Amanda was absolutely fantastic during my cleaning today! She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience really comfortable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. My teeth feel great, and I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Amanda if you’re looking for a hygienist who’s both skilled and genuinely caring!
