5 /5 Sarila Young: I haven’t been able to find a nail salon to stay loyal to since moving to the city, but have fallen in love with Upper Hand. Everyone there is so sweet and greets you like an old friend or family. I love having colorful, fun nails, and they do a spectacular job of bringing my visions to life. They even make suggestions to make my nails even more like me. They are very quick, friendly, and do great work.

2 /5 Suzy Hong: Ugh, really wanted to like this place. Cute and relaxing ambience, super nice ladies. BUT! Dirty tools (no cleaning between clients) and uneven polish. We’ll see how they hold up next couple days. For $27 for manicure, I at least expect them to have individually sterilized tools to use between clients. My polish coats were uneven (see pics on coverage). Cuticle lines are uneven. I could’ve done a better job myself at home or at a different salon down Church for 20 bucks.

5 /5 Shannen Baie: Their dip powder lasts forever and looks great. I go 3-4 weeks without chipping, cracking or the color changing. The salon is clean and relaxing. They have the latest high quality polish colors. The ladies are super professional and nice to chat with (or not if you just want to chill). This place gets super busy on the weekend, so make an appointment. Highly recommended.
