1 /5 za aam: I used to be a regular customer at this salon, as I loved the stylist and the service. However, they recently decided they will no longer accommodate women that cover their hair with a partition (which they have done every single time before) and were extremely rude when we were uncomfortable with this (as it is clearly discrimination since they have the resource). We booked a trim over the phone a month in advance and asked the salon what was included, where they said bangs and a bit off the bottom. Today since we didn’t know about their new policy they took us in their back office and did the trim (not as good as usual) and then proceeded to charge us for a full haircut. When we brought this up, both the stylist and the owner said that we got a full haircut since they took some off the bottom, which we responded to by saying we were told that was part of the trim. The owner proceeded to treat us like we were stupid and said that next time we need to stop the stylist if she starts cutting the bottom and we don’t want to be charged for a full cut- even though they had what we wanted done listed on the appointment. They said they’d give us a “discount” like it was our fault which was still much more than the trim price. Disappointed since this was our favorite hair place and now they’re discriminating and extremely rude.
