5 /5 Rebecca Throop: Janine dyed my hair blue! It was 2-toned, darker at the roots and lighter in the rest of the length. This was my first experience with getting my hair dyed professionally and I didnt know what to expect but I am so happy with the finished result! It looks beautiful! Janine is an artist and painstakingly painted small sections of my hair so that the color is evenly and fully saturated throughout! (Did I mention how happy I am with it?!)
