1 /5 Yongyu Wu: As you can see from other reviews, the ladies are ok but the manager was super fake. I paid $34 and $11 tips for this. My nail just been done for a week. I called back and ask the manager, how many layer that they usually put on for manicure, he was saying depends on the color. Oh man, don’t lie, you knew that day was busy so you didn’t do the right service to your customers. YOU PICKS YOUR CUSTOMER! Never come back.

I had Got charged 70$ which I feel Was too overpriced .The Moment I walked in That place Manager had seen I had this gift Card But,he was just Super fake ! On top of being unprofessional I wont be Going back there No more . & I also Wouldnt Recommend Either for any Other of you Young ladys looking too get Nails done?? This is just not the Place ro.Go !

5 /5 Liz Hart: This place is GREAT! Everyone is always super friendly and fun to be around. It’s a high energy place with people working hard to make your nails look fabulous. I’ve had great pedicures and gel nails done on a regular basis. I tend to do things last minute so I don’t have a regular person I go to. I feel comfortable with all the people working there and know I’ll get a fabulous manicure. They’ll work hard to fit you in. I like the owner. It’s easy if you need to shop at Safeway. It’s a good sized mall. So far I’ve only had very good experiences here! Six months later after a long trip back east and failed manicures by others Im back and really happy with the service!

DUssé Smith: At first, I thought this was a great nail shop does great nails very durable. I got to fight and lost one nail that should tell you how good their nails are good when it came to the pedicure. It was the total opposite. I’ve never had no problems with my toenails having discoloration or anything of that nature for the first time in my twenty five years of living I know have a bacterial infection on my big toe on my right foot because of them I have been to countless of salons and I’ve never had had nothing like this happened before zero out of 10 definitely would never recommend

B: Best $60 gel mani/pedi I have ever had. Tina on the pedi was especially detailed and took her time making sure everything looked so beautiful. At first I thought this was just because it was a slow Sunday but even after more customers came she continued to be diligent. Unfortunately I forget the name of the lady who did my nails but I was a little indecisive and she was patient and offered a great solution making me very happy with the results. So often I feel rushed or that service is not up to par at other places. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and quality for what was an amazing price. I will certainly be coming back!

Britt Welling: It is an unsanitary environment as they use trash cans for their “storage.” The workers here will stereotype and up-charge you if you are African-American. Horrible customer service and my nails only lasted a week. Will never recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.

Simona Spiegel: Such a lovely nail salon, it’s now my go-to! Came here twice for Gel x french then changed to shorter gel x in dark red. Very reasonable prices. Great color and design selection. The staff are sweet and do a good job, my nails last and last. They have a gentle touch and I never bleed, I have sensitive cuticles. I scratched my nails and they fixed it for free! Highly recommend this salon.

Jiin Kim: Would not return to this place. I chose this spot because one I usually go was booked for the day. I gave her a picture that I wanted but this is what I got. The white lines are already turning yellow (been 3 daya) and these designs were 30 bucks.. I would have been fine if she flat out told me that she cant do designs I asked for but she insisted she is doing it for me. After spending 150 bucks my toes are irritated because she cut and filed them so short(saying my toenails should match the shape of my nails which were almonds) amd my nails looking like this. I will be going to a different shop this week to get them changed out. Lastly she kept on lowkey bodyshaming me about how she looked just like me wearing size 14~16 and going on and on about her diet process. I never asked for this and felt very uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment there was another customer waiting and she started rushing the designs. Kim seemed very sweet but overall price, quality and hygiene was below standard and I will not be returning

Mxd Chx: My daughter brought me here a few years ago and we used to go together sometimes but stopped since the pandemic. I’m glad they are still open because they ladies here are so nice and do a really good job. The location is convenient because the parking garage is close by and also the bus stop (not sure what line) is also close. The ladies do such a good job and it’s always quiet. Something to note, it’s cash only on Sundays. Anyway, I think I’m ready to get back out there and make this my nail place. I need some me time:)

Flora Zambakari: Went in to just get my toenails and fingernails cut down (including cuticles cut) and the end result was not good at all. I asked for my fingernails to be “round” but what I got was not that. Each nail was a different shape (some were quite round, some oval, some were filed down too much on one side and others weren’t filed properly) and size as can be seen in the photos. I honestly could have done a better job on my own. If you are going to go here, beware that your desired nail shape may not be achieved. And my cuticles weren’t all cut away either. My toenails aren’t terrible but that’s because I asked to cut them down all the way short.

ORD OAK: Been going here for years. When other salons have folded, these guys seem to keep things going. The owner-guy is always welcoming and even if he doesn’t know you, he does a good job pretending he does and makes you feel welcome. I have an outstanding pedicure recently. Very thorough. I didn’t want it to end. Sadly, my experiences are not consistent. Some technicians seem to do the bare minimum and rush through the job rather than give you an experience. I will be directly requesting this tech next visit. Prices are fair. They prefer cash, but take cards. Massage chairs are beginning to look a little worn and televisions are usually not on, even though they have them.

Ongelique Pyles: highly recommend. came in on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. surprisingly not busy. promptly greeted. promptly serviced. got the milk and honey pedicure. my nail tech did a great job. application, cut and massage was great. they even offer free beverages. no alcohol. bathroom was also very very clean!
