1 /5 Brooke Thornton: I received a Brazilian Blowout from Sabrina at the cost of $200 not including the generous $40 tip. These treatments last me 3 months this will be my 2nd year getting these done every 3 months. I know what to expect and what texture hair I should have. After one week my hair was completely back to its original state, when I reached out to try to come to a resolution she snapped back that she has never had a client say this... well here I am with pictures for proof showing her what she did was not right. Again her response and tone were less the professional stating all salons are closed nothing she can do about it. Fast forward to now salons have reopened and I have reached out to Sabrina to come to a resolution to which she responds “there isn’t anything I can do for you”. Wow what an unprofessional lady I will not every return to her and I hope someone will see this review and take it into consider before booking with Sabrina.
