Searching for a church that we both could feel comfortable with since we both had different religious backgrounds. I was raised Catholic and he was raised AME Zion. This was one of the 5 churches we visited and we just loved it. This is now our home church.

Faith Bible Church of Vallejo - Vallejo

Kamaka Baculpo: Not sure why theres low ratings, this church is awesome. They do so much for the community, they have strong leaders up and down from the kids to youth to college career and adults. Great place to worship with fellow believers, if I didnt live as far I would come here every Sunday and what makes it better they have multiple services on Sunday theres like 3 services I believe. The youth/college career programs are great, summer camp, winter camp you name it they do a lot of outreach. Great congregation here.

Revival Center - Vallejo

Alyssa Amaro: Revival Center is a family. This church is real. They tell you like it is and are very transparent. You do not feel like you are the only imperfect person. Everyone is a work in progress and they really focus on community and helping one another grow. When you go you won’t feel alone. Everyone is so welcoming and actually cares about you. You can freely express yourself and praise our Lord and not feel judged. If you want to shout, shout. If you want to do a victory lap, do a victory lap! You get the idea. The Revival Center wants you to grow and not just stay complacent as a baby Christian. Many people have been going since the church first opened and a lot actually grew up in the church, which is amazing! The church has a good balance of long time members and new. They have many groups you can join and our Pastors really are involved. I first messaged the church before I attended and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Pastor Ricky J. wrote back to me and got me into contact with someone from the church. They know you on a first name basis and actually care and make you feel very comfortable. They have zoom teachings as well. The worship is amazing and you can’t help but dance and sing. Prophetic words/testimonies, teach THE WORD! It’s just a really great environment and I like that they have one service that everyone attends together. I highly recommend this church. I have grown a lot and learned so much in these past few months of attending.
