My nail tech didnt speak English and I cant speak Spanish, but she and the staff made sure what I wanted was communicated and I that I got what asked for. She didnt rush, even though it was near closing time. Clean shop, friendly staff, nice music. The Laah tech was awesome too and friendly.

5 /5 Nicole Salaz: I had the best experience here. They were quick and efficient. I didnt have a appointment and they still saw me right away. I had my face waxed and a pedicure. Vina did both and she was the absolute sweetest. If I lived close by, I would always come to them.

1 /5 Melissa Ramirez: Made an appointment with Betty got there it was closed texted her I was there and she texted she was 5 min away I waited and she never showed 30 min later she texted she was there I rescheduled let her know 20 min before I got there I was on my way and again she did not show up called 10 min later highly do not recommend coming to Betty/ Beatriz for nails

1 /5 Brie T: Wouldn’t recommend coming here. I wish I could say good things but I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Showed up and the closed signs were up. Checked to make sure I had my info right. Called 3 different numbers posted on the door… no answer. Got a call back stating “I did not confirm my appointment so they ‘assumed’ I was going to not coming”. I never got a text to confirm or a phone call/message that I missed.She definitely forgot about my appointment and told me to come in 5 hours later. Sorry but no, I’m officially canceling. I’ve never had to “confirm” I was coming in for an appointment with any service. So if you book make sure you call them to “confirm” YOUR going to show up for their services that you already took time to scheduled ahead of time so THEY don’t forget your coming.

Kelsey Costello: Katlyn and her team worked their magic for the hair and makeup for my wedding in July! Katlyn was super kind and accommodating when scheduling my hair and makeup trial, and did her best to make sure I looked how I wanted to for my wedding! On the day of, her and her team were able to complete a variety of looks including my wavy half-up look, all four bridesmaids with twisted messy low buns, big beach waves for my sister in law, and voluminous half-up looks for the moms, with a more natural/soft glam makeup look! They were kind and patient when asked for minor changes. It all looked gorgeous in person and on camera! Not only did our hair and makeup look beautiful, but it stayed for the whole night! I am not kidding you, our hair and makeup DID NOT MOVE even after sweating and dancing until midnight! My sister in law and I still talk about asking them about the hairspray that they use because my hair notoriously does not hold curls very well, and my waves stayed all night without feeling crunchy. Katlyn and her team did wonderful work, and I am so happy to have found them!

She is GOOD! Meticulously going over it where needed. Very happy. But I live in Napa - so am I going to find someone who can do exactly the same??!! Unlikely….. lol. Anyway - you can absolutely trust Kim!! I may just leave it until our return early September.
