Elizabeth Gonzalez: If I could rate it no stars I would. Do not go with Ana she gives false statements and once she has you sitting down in her chair she switches the story. I had gone in days before to schedule an appointment for a baylage color the day I went to make the appointment she sweet talked me that she could do exactly what I wanted and she gave me a good price so it was a done deal I scheduled the appointment and once she had me sitting in her chair she said the color I wanted wasn’t going to turn out how I want it because it was too light bla bla bla anyways so I completely understand that part if my hair wasn’t going to handle going lighter but why give false statements when I went to make the appointment? I would’ve been straight forward you know what im just letting you know with time that I don’t promise you to go that light but ill try my best ? But no I got told something way different so whatever I was already there so I decided to trust her and just let her do my hair WORST MISTAKE! NO ONE noticed a difference on my hair I walked out with dark hair I couldn’t even tell I dyed my hair and to top it off I got told 1 price and once I was there I got charged another price when I scheduled the appointment she told me it was 240$ then once I was there she said its going to be 280$ but I mean she had me on the chair already with foils so I couldn’t back down anymore and then when I paid she says its 285$ I told her wait you said earlier 280$ now its 285$ apart of that I didnt like her service she was so annoyed doing my hair she kept making annoyed sounds she also made me feel uncomfortable by saying “I believe that when people go blonde or light they need to change the way they dress because then you look ghetto with blonde hair and not dressed right” I felt offended because I was going blonde/baylage color and also she cut my hair super bad theres short and long parts of my hair all uneven in general everything just went so bad I walked out so upset by the price I spent and was super unhappy with my hair I mean who wouldnt feel unhappy you spent you hard earned money to walk out with your hair cut wrong and no difference to your hair I would also ask her what hair products shed recommend me to use and her answers where just “there so expensive the products tho” and I never got told the names all she would response was there expensive like I cant afford them or what ? I feel offended in so many ways so please please please dont waste your time here I had a very bad experience and I really dont wish it upon anyone to go through the same experience I did! :(
