Gia Borrero: Avoid this place. Terrible experience with this salon’s owner. I asked for a simple trim and a blowout. She cut my hair in layers that were uneven and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home. I texted her that same day asking if I could come back in for her to fix it, but she ignored me after several texts and calls. The next day I showed up at the salon to show her my obvious uneven cut and try to schedule something in person. She was so rude, kept repeating that she didn’t have time and couldn’t see me. When I politely asked her to just take a look at the cut so that we could schedule something as soon as she had time to fix it, she accused me of having used scissors to cut it myself! Why would anyone do that?!
That’s how obviously uneven the layers were. She couldn’t take responsibility for how bad the cut was and had the audacity to put blame on her customer. She was unwilling to fix her mistake. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude she was, so I left and had to go to another salon to have it fixed. All together, after having it fixed, I ended up spending $100 for what should have been a simple haircut and style.
Also the blowout was the worst I’ve ever gotten. She started using a round brush, but gave up after 10 minutes, then used a curling iron to try to give the “blowout effect”. I guess because my hair is curly she didn’t want to put too much effort. So I left with my roots curly and frizzy and the rest partially smooth. When I got home I had to run a straightener through it to smooth out the roots.
Horrible experience. I would avoid at all costs.

Denise Thomas: I love this place! Jessie does excellent work and is only the 2nd person ever to get my hair this blonde from a dark auburn brown without losing all of my hair. Her prices are very reasonable and have not changed in over 2 years. Very friendly staff!

Heidi Veneman: Tina has been cutting and coloring my hair for years, even though I no longer live in the area. Ive tried other places and ALWAYS return, regardless of how far I have to drive. Tina is the best.
