5 /5 Ari: this place is great! the tour guide lady (who’s also our cashier at the produce farm) is super nice and did a great job showing us the place. the wagon tour is so fun and the strawberry picking is fun! they said the strawberries can be picked and eaten right away. i checked the strawberries and they really do look quite clean. my friends and most people were picking and eating but i was too hypochondriac to do that. i will report back if they do have diarrhea after. the animals are very cute and the goats are so personable and would come to people to get pets!! the horse is also so chill. the cow looks a bit aloof and the turkey, as advised on one of their posters, really does bite (my friend found it out the hard way against our warnings). the produce shop has so many great stuff to offer for really good prices too. def book ahead of time and show up on time. for this place, those things really do matter.

5 /5 Alma Rivas: I havent been to Tanaka Farms in over 20 years, and to have visited again was amazing. It was my partners first time, and she loved it. We picked our own blackberries and ate as many as we could. A great place to visit and enjoy.

Ive been here three times now - 2x for strawberry picking and another time for watermelon tasting + cherry tomato picking with friends. Both experiences were so fun at a great value of ~$24, which includes the wagon ride, samples, stories, a box of fruit to take home, and a visit to see the barnyard animals. From the moment you hop on the wagon ride, youre greeted by the friendliest staff who make every moment fun and educational. They know their stuff and deliver it with a side of humor, charm, and veggie puns. Its clear they love what they do and want every visitor to leave with a smile (and a box of veggie goodies). Youll laugh, youll learn, and youll leave with a newfound appreciation for the hard work that goes into growing the food we eat. They make it their mission to connect us to where our food comes from, how its grown, and the hands that make it all happen. Its humbling, heartwarming, and honestly, just so amazing to see it all up close. If youre looking for experience to make memories with friends, family, or even solo, Tanaka Farms is the perfect spot. Definitely try their strawberry picking tour to bite into the juiciest strawberry youll ever have, or try their watermelon tasting tour to indulge yourself in so many different types of melon! Nothing beats trying different types of melons with good friends and enjoying the company of friendly bees who also like melon, too. I cant wait to go back for more u-pick activities, and try their cookouts, farm tours, and educational workshops. Thank you, Tanaka Farms, for the wonderful hands-on experiences Ive had so far and for teaching my friends and I to cherish the food we eat and the journey it takes to nourish us!

4 /5 Mel Nguyen: Theres a dirt parking lot for your car. There were plenty of spots yesterday before the 3:30 tour. The merch was so cute. I spent more on the merch than I did on ticket entry for one. The secret vegetable our group got to pick was an enormous Romaine Lettuce head. Youre able to pick 1 lb of strawberries. If you go overboard you can also eat the strawberries as you pick them. There are barn animals you can see at the end of the tour. Plenty of opportunity for cute pictures throughout the experience.
