    Gabriella Trozzo: Very rude and unprofessional. We arrived early to drop off our car for an appointment on March 19th for a tune up and service. When we arrived the guy at the counter said its just an oil change. We were quoted $1000 over the phone for a tune up. The guy said he cant tell us what happened because his co worker who scheduled us wasnt there and shrugged his shoulders. We left and took it to a place more organized with better customer service.

We were referred to tres amigos. They got us in immediately! We were in and out within an hour. They even had someone go to another warehouse for our tire as they didn’t have it in stock. Tony helped us and he was just wonderful! I highly recommend this place! THANK YOU!

    G Lee: It looks divey but theyre good, at least I can vouch for the smog check service. I arrived before they opened and was the first one. I guess it takes them 10-15 minutes to set up cuz I had to wait. But once they got my car in, it was very fast! The guy who helped me was nice enough. Very basic and to the point. The price was reasonable compared to places in the area Ive been. Theres no wifi or coffee. So all-in-all, four stars is pretty good.

    Marlene: I needed a front brake replacement for my car and I was looking for a new mechanic because the last time I got my brakes done they squeaked from the beginning and never stopped. I was asking around and a coworker of mine recommended this place. He said he had complete trust in the work they did. I called in and left a message to make an appointment. Ernie responded back to me fairly quickly and told me to come on by, but I opted to go in the next morning. I went in the next morning, a little later than I originally told him Id be there. When I got there the mechanic that was there told me "the Boss" would be back in 5-10 minutes so I told him Id be out on the street waiting in my car. About 5 minutes later a vehicle drove by and went into the driveway. Less than and a minute after that Ernie was out there on the Street searching for me. Which I thought was nice of him, he could have just waited for me to walk up, which is what I figure most people would do. Ernie was very friendly, he explained everything to me in detail and was very informative. He told me what to look for, and informed me on what type of actions could have caused my brakes to wear down the way it did. I was also concerned about my tires because they wore down really fast, He looked at them and quickly informed me why that was. I left there feeling good about being a little more knowledgeable and wishing more people communicated on the ongoings of my vehicle as well as he did.
