1 /5 Jessica Abbott: The woman was irritated because I wanted to confirm price. She rushed and didn’t even try, there are crooked and the clear coat is C not even. I will never come back and highly do not recommend.

3 /5 Arnell W.: The lady did a good job but her attitude was not it. She seemed irritated and it felt like she wasnt being so happy about it. She also didnt tell me what to do after she did my toes. She did a good job on them to just i think i would have had a better experience if her attitude wasnt so mean. (In the picture, i got a matte blue)

1 /5 Courtney: This place is horrible!! Lan canceled my appointment and tried to blame me for it. I had two appointments booked for today, one as a pedicure and one as a full set. I booked both on Dec 30. I called in today and asked if I could change the full set to a pedicure and reschedule the full set later she said yes and then I went over it again to make sure she understood and everything was confirmed. When my sister and I got there, she said that there was only one appointment because I canceled one of them. When I explained no and let her know I changed it, she continued pushing. She then changed her story and said she misunderstood, but stated she is understaffed and booked now. So she tried to make me reschedule and book a new appointment. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Super unprofessional and zero care for the mistake that was made!!

1 /5 Sarah Conway Schnurr: Lan canceled my sisters appointment with her then tried to blame my sister for not setting up the appointment correctly. We booked three days earlier and had the receptionist correctly repeat back to us the appointments we had scheduled. She was not apologetic and kept saying she didnt know what to do. She didnt offer to move around the appointments that were scheduled incorrectly to accommodate us and didnt offer any solutions to fix what had happened. Not ok with this experience.
