5 /5 Jess: Visiting my family in Carlsbad who told me this is her favorite nail salon. We walked in on a busy Sunday and they saw us both within 10-20 minutes. I asked for short almond acrylics and they came out very nice. This is my first time getting acrylic, I’ve only gotten tips with dip before. The manicurist didn’t try to upsell me on any services which I appreciate because I don’t want paraffin or massage or anything.

1 /5 mekakay Lee: I took my kids to Barnes and Noble thought I would get my nails done while I am out. I stood at the door for a few minutes until they decided they could see me. A guy finished a ladies feet then comes to the table. I hoped he washed his hands when he walked to the back to go talk and grab a bite of food. This experience was horrible I couldnt wait to get out of there that Man was so rough! He burned me twice the cut me so deep blood was dripping out! You know he didnt even stop to put something on it! He says something in their language and she said put alcohol on it! Seriously! I asked for a coffin shape that I always get he told me he would do square for me thats not what I ask for! He did the Ugliest thick square nails I hate them and I have a very painful cut that Im watching for infection. They got gel polish all over my cut as if it wasnt there. One of the ladies offered to fix my nails but after that experience would you give them the chance to hurt you more?! I paid 50$ for the worst nails Ive ever had in my life!!

5 /5 Karina Martinez: Tammy Lucy are the best, I try my hardest not to go anywhere else because they really pay attention to detail. Mary is my favorite pedicure tech, she also pays attention to detail and takes her time. They are always kind, professional, and very efficient! Tammy came through with the holiday designs!! I know it’s simple but she’s got a steady hand … always important!!

1 /5 Gloria Calvache: If I can give 0 stars I would. It was my first time getting my nails done there and to request for a fill to my ombré nails. I am in the Marines and with being in the service it is critical and important to obey and uphold the standards and regulations when it comes to grooming standards. I pick out the closest color to my nails for that natural look and only to be informed 30 minutes in they do not do ombré nails. It was shocking to me considering the fact I have never heard of a nail salon that does not do ombré but only gel and / or acrylic. The man that did my nails one kept scratching his head and resumed doing my nails at the same time. He was well aware that my nails were ombré designed and chose to color the whole nail and didn’t think I would say anything. I informed him to keep the white because it is an ombré looking I’m looking for. He then tells me it’s too late and so I start pulling back frustrated for wasted time and money. Then one of the ladies came to the desk and said “sorry. We don’t do ombré.” But yet still charged me $40 for the worse nails. Now I have to go to work tomorrow and explain to my chain of command why my nails are not appropriate in the work place. If the employees were that apologetic they shouldn’t have either charged me for the nails I didn’t want or at least try to fix it to where it looks appropriate and not half done
