5 /5 Tori Vallelunga: Diana did an AMAZING job with my son (age 2) She was patient, and even offered her own personal cellphone for him to watch cartoons to distract him and she encouraged him through the haircut! Definitely recommend her!

1 /5 Pro. Rep: Upon entering the Salon I walked in to the front reception area. No one was there. 2 women in the far back of the Salon yelled "Can I help you?!" Unprofessional and rude. Not even considering to walk up to where I was at the front. I said "Yes". After a long pause by the women, a 3rd lady walked up and asked if I had an appointment. No professional greeting. No courtesy. I left. I will not do business with people who behave like this. Horrible experience!

1 /5 Chantelle: Wow! What a nightmare. Treated my friend with alopecia so rudely. Didnt acknowledge her or me, I had an appointment with Savanna to do my eyelashes and got treated like trash. Ive never met such snobby rude women in one establishment. Such a Godly shame really. Kristy, wow! Someone who has to be on foodstamps when I have to work two jobs and made an appointment for $100 dollar eyelashe treatment. May God help you in your discovery to being kind to all who exist on this earth thar God created. Not okay! Not okay!

She didnt respond to my review on here or send me a email. she took the time to call & explain why the shop has different business hours weekly. When I left my review I didnt take into account that covid has fuxked small business everywhere but more importantly how its effected the employees. They now have to do the job of 3 people on top of dealing with difficult customer. Im changing my review bc I didnt take into consideration that covid has effected business everywhere & the fact that the owner called me personally Just arrived at 440 to get haircuts for my daughters and surprise surprise they are closed. The tape covers the 7pm but online it also says 6pm. So sick of going places who close whenever they want!! When the time posted online or at the property says these are the hours your open from then you should be open!!
