Val Johns: It a sacred place. Even though you can’t get inside the Temple, just walking on that ground people of any faith or not faith at all will feel peace. Beautiful scene and gardens. If you need a safe and peaceful place to meditate, pray, find answers in your head and heart. I do recommend you to visit it.
Tim Hohm: Talk about authenticity! Sequoyah is truly community. Dynamic music with a live band was so good. The people are so friendly and the message was relevant, practical, and inspiring. I also LOVE the multi-cultural and multi-generational feel. It is truly a representation Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Area.
