2 /5 socky: good service but i asked the woman doing my nails if she could even out my nails without trimming them since i liked the length they were all at and had accidentally broken a nail the night before at an event. when the time came to fixing my nails she called over the woman at table 1 (who i saw was aggressive with her own client) to fix it. the two began to speak in vietnamese and kept repeating “long nail” while the woman who came over began to aggressively file my middle finger, leaving my middle fingernail significantly shorter than the rest. as this was my second visit i am rather frustrated with the customer service here…

1 /5 vivian price: I’ve been patronizing this salon for many years, My technician is amazing however the owner has no customer service skills what so ever and she very rude. She never greets my husband and I when we enter her shop. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, she tried to over charge my son on his service she started arguing with me regarding this matter, it’s almost as though she thinks she’s doing me a favor. She’s unbelievably Clueless. Even though it is very convenient for me to go to that salon because I live in Green Valley, It’s the principal… I will never go back. I’m gonna have to find another salon that appreciates my business and has some sort of customer service. I’m done!!!!!

1 /5 Gladys Cruz: DO NOT RECOMMEND! Asked for DD29 and I got a bright orange! Applied 5 layers of DIP powder leaving my nails bulky! Next time I’ll wait in Kim’s salon and spa. They never fail me.

5 /5 Dena Forney: Very nice, always can take a walk in right away when I’ve come in. Does a good job on acrylic and gel x nails and pedicures are great too and at a great price. I’ve tried other places but always come back to special nails. All the nails techs are polite and professional and you can’t go wrong with any of them. When I want something basic it is around $45 when I get deluxe it usually comes out to around $75 with gel polish for either one. Which I think is pretty average but I’ve seen others charge more for less services

5 /5 Maddison: I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m lucky I can for this one! I’ve moved here just recently, and I’ve already gotten my nails done three times here. They’re work is underrated and based on the reviews I was skeptical on wether I should spend my money here. Needless to say, the first set I’ve got done here, I’ve fell in love with their work! The photos clearly aren’t doing these justice. The prices are decent and their environment is clean. I’m actually coming today for acyrlic removal! I highly suggest.
