JCPenney Salon - Visalia hammy sargent: I had made 3 appointments starting at 12pm for myself, my boyfriend, and my sister. The stylist called me at 11:15 and asked me to come in AT 11:15 because the last appointment is too close to when she has to leave. Okay so we rush to get over there. She takes me back first and cuts my hair no longer than 10 minutes. Itâs very choppy and uneven, and she had cut more than asked. She then took my sister back and again spent no longer than 10 minutes. This is the most choppy trim Ive ever seen! She took my boyfriend back and itâs like she didnât even cut his hair. He has asked for his hair to be out of his eyes, but nothing had changed. She had also told him that my sister (9) âis too seriousâ because she didnât talk to her much. The total came out to $70. When we asked for a refund they refused, and said we could come back on Sunday (itâs Thursday) to get our hair redone. We said no we do not want you guys to cut our hair. My father went in to ask for the refund later and they immediately gave it to him no questions asked. So not only did they completely mess up our haircuts by rushing, they tried to get over on us. Maybe because we are younger. That just goes to show what kind of respect they have at this salon. Embarrassing. The girl who cut our hair is named Citlalli Cruz. She rushes and doesnât even know how to do hair properly!
HairMasters - Tulare Roxy McCurry: Went on a whim after 3 years. My hair stylist left during covid. Elvia cut my hair and she was so kind and very knowledgeable. I love my hair and will be back.
Gladysâ Beauty Salon - Tulare Tanyaa: Doesnât even deserve a star, i wanted dark blonde highlights and she made me look like i have literal white hairs. Its so ugly. I hate the finished result.And she rushed it which made it worse.

The Stage by Cool Cuts - Visalia Aman Dhaliwal: Amazing Barber. After moving to Visalia this year Iâve been in the market for a new barber. I had given up on trying barber after barber and leaving upset each time. But Darrion is amazing - to the point I had to join his haircut membership. Thanks for the amazing cut and shave. Iâve found my new barberâŚ.what a relief!

She also shared some helpful tips on how to care for my hair better to keep it healthy. It was definitely worth the price and time spent. Ulta Beauty - Visalia Donna Adams: I had a great experience, but Ive never been into very many products or getting professional makeup makeover products suggested. I was just trying to see if I could find foundation & mascara that I dont find elsewhere. I was treated to professional help and even given a free foundation sample. This service was appreciated, and I have to keep looking, but I will be back in the future, possibly even to get the products suggested.
I was not prepared for multiple and different makeup professionals to be there to assist Coustomer Service, even staff, to check with me about my needs and direct me towards assistance yet as very much appreciated!
