5 /5 Rheanna Kennedy: Abby Jeans in the ED is such a wonderful asset to Sonoma Valley Hospital. She is very knowledgeable, personable, kind, helpful, and gets things done. It is a pleasure working with her. She responds quickly, professionally, and communicates clearly. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT LOSE HER.

5 /5 Deena Dervenis: Came for an infection/cyst on buttock that had moved to my lymph nodes. Was seen literally 5 minutes after arriving, Greg my RN was kind and attentive. Thomas H. Oh MD saw me immediately, performed an incision and drainage within minutes with skill, care, respect and discretion. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Unbelievable. Thank you Sonoma Valley hospital!

3 /5 Arpita Allen Adams: I was disappointed in the quality of care at the front desk. I checked in before my appmt at 1pm and was told to go wait in the waiting area. After waiting for 30 mims I went back to the front desk to find out if I was waiting in the correct area. A new lady took my name, DOB. After she checked she said i didnt have an appmt at 1pm. I told her I do. She asked me if I was sure. I said I woulnt be here if I didnt have an appmt. This was way shocking for me because she is basically telling me that I am either crazy, confused or making up a lie. She asked me what dept. She calls them and they tell her yes I have a 1pm appmt. She tells them I had checked in and have been waiting. They tell her that no one called them to say I had arrived. After waiting 15 more mins I was told I need to make another appmt. There was no apology, no caring, no human behind these people. I left there feeling so angry. I had wasted my time and nobody cared about the inconvience their incompetency created. I am afraid to go back there, because these people are not trained to be competent or to offer customer service at a hospital.

5 /5 Laura Parker: Dr. Smith from the ER saved my son from being completely paralyzed. We came in with unusual acute paralysis on his left side and Dr Smith took it very seriously and consulted with children’s hospitals. We were transported within hours and my son started treatment in a record 24 hours from onset. His condition has only been diagnosed in 500 kids ever! Rare neurological condition and Dr Smith is responsible for truly changing the path of my 9 year olds life. THANK YOU

1 /5 MicaelaCristina Capelli: Worst night of my life. Zero empathy, zero approach to pain treatment. I am not risking my life but I was left all night lying in my vomit. Saw a doctor only once. They are currently looking for another hospital to take me, but of course it is taking ages hence I slept at the ER with no further protocol. Horror movies go like this in my mind.
